CommSAR/Community Search and Rescue is a volunteer non-profit 501c(3) Search and Rescue agency covering the Northeast; with emphasis on preventative education and awareness programs for individuals, groups and community agencies. We not only search for the lost in the wilderness but also maintain trails in the woods, conduct inter-agency exercises, and organize community seminars. We save lives through prevention, skill, and collaboration.
