Rescheduled for rain date: Sunday, March 13 When it comes to self-care and wellness, getting natural sunlight is critically important to one’s mental health. Little to no natural light exposure can impact our mood and alter our mental state.

Join the Trail Conference and our friends at Merrell we dedicate the last day before the daylight’s savings changeover to getting outside and getting that morning sunlight to start your day off right. We hope this event is the start of a new outdoors routine that will positively affect your sleep, bodily health, and outlook on life!

During the hike, demo a few of Merrell best hiking boots - everything you need to move quickly in the mountains. Take them on a test drive while you hike - will be available in women's and men's.
